Highly motivated with a sense of urgency, and the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters and support staff to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.

Built and maintained a robust pipeline of top software development candidates with defined region through high volume sourcing.Partner with executives and managers to determine staffing needs and appropriate placement of candidates.Built a strong brand in the market, proactively networking, cold calling, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks through various markets and channels.Sourced active and passive candidates through headhunting, networking and employee referrals.Execute on creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.

Demonstrates use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through Networking, Direct sourcing, Referrals, Job Portals, and Postings within the time-frame.Report the progress on open roles on a regular basis, communicatesearly warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.

Recruitment experience involves sourcing and screening profiles,briefing prospective candidates on the opportunities, scheduling interviews, negotiation on package; joining time, rolling out offer letters and regular follow up with candidates till they are onboard.
