DSV acquired Agility Logistics Private Limited worldwide and transition happened.• Acting as Regional HR handling North East region with a manpower of 500+ (50 Onroll and 450 Offroll)• Taking care of 21 facilities in North East region• Ensuring HR policies are implemented and supervised at all sites• Making sure that all employees are assigned with required documents like offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, probation confirmation letter, completion of joining formalities and onboarding activities etc• Understanding the grievance and concern of employees and resolving them with in specified period, driving various one to one session with employees, open house, refresher emailers etc• Planning and executing the Recruitment & Selection for all the sites including onroll and offroll profiles with in provided and assigned budget through various channels reference, job portals consultants etc.• Business partnering with various facilities and stakeholders to understand their requirement and providing the solutions as per company policy• Driving execution of various employee life cycle activities like Induction & Onboarding, payroll & compensation, Full and final settlement, HRIS/Data management, leave/attendance management, statutory compliances, MIS reporting etc• Facilitating the performance appraisal process, coordination of PMS cycle, drive completion of review process, drive completion of KRA settings, organizing open house and session to make the people understand the process• Driving the Training and Development activities for the region, creating the training calendar for the region, making sure that all the facilities are conducted with minimum number of trainings related to HR, Operation and HSE, documenting and recording all the training session• Conducting various employee engagement activities at various sites like annual team building tour, festival celebration, monthly birthday celebration, fun and recreational activities etc
