Job Profile:• Managing In-house Brands like Raymond (high fashion men’s shoes), Color Plus, Park Avenue (high fashion formal & casual men’s shoes), Parx (Sport shoe, Style includes men’s flip flops and semi casual shoes) and Park Avenue Woman (high fashion ladies shoes), and Next look in terms of timely development and timely deliveries. • Managing India based vendors and ensuring supply chain.• Selecting the range for every season or new line with the help of Buying Team.• Develop and implement the Sourcing Plan, in a timely and cost-effective manner, based on the approved Buying Plan.• Laisioning with our merchandisers on Design and development.• Implementing quality program including testing’s of materials and complete shoes.• Ensure that finished products are in compliance with all design specification and meet all required quality standards to ensure and maintain the leadership of brand.• Evaluating cost and negotiating cost with the vendors.• Placing the order and doing follow ups till it gets ship.• Responsible for the quality of the shoes, and personally going for the final inspection.• Responsible for new vendor sourcing, evaluation, audit and selection while managing existing supplier’s performance.• Analyzing merchandise performance (in terms of styles, sizes, etc.) on a regular basis.• Minimize customer complaints through reviews, analyzing the complaints and taking corrective actions. • Generating reports (both qualitative & quantitative) on a regular basis.
