Automation(MV Products, LV Products, DCS,PLC,AC Drives,MCC,PCC,Analytical Product-Online Gas Analyzers / Dust Analyzers),Sensors , Pressure/Temperature/Flow Transmitter ,Encoders, Safety Products, Ultrasonic Flow Meter)  ð  Business Development in the Metal Division (HSM,CRM,WRM,Barmill, Paper,Port).ð  Team Handling of 3-4 colleagues.ð  Responsible for post sales services like Spares Business,AMC offers,Revamp/Upgradation projects for all the prime customers(PAN India along with Bangladesh and Indonesia).ð  Creating, Planning and Implementing . Go to market , Sales Strategy and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy. Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.ð  Establishing sales target and ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.ð  Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical territory and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources.ð  Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billing, orders, contracts etc. and evaluating data to ensure achievements of goals.ð  Monitoring and proving reports to the marketing and sales organization on market intelligence.ð  Supporting the development of strong relationships with the key customers. Builds and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers. ð  Ensuring efficient marketing communications.ð  Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix target by setting appropriate price and margin of sales.ð  Participating on negotiations of key contracts. Manage ongoing costs.ð  Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.ð  Taking ownership of the sales process and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.ð  Coaching, Motivating and Developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
