Good Knowledge of -1) HVAC Designing Heat load & Cooling load estimation by Manual method on Spread sheets as per the client for ATF FAB Building (Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility) Process Exhaust & Pharmaceuticals Clean rooms facility (API, OSD, TABLET, SERUP, CAPSULE, and OINTMENTS etc.), Industrial & Manufacturing Air conditioning. 2) Process Identification and Psychrometric Analysis. 3) Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS/BAS) for controlling & monitoring the building’s Mechanical & Electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power system, fire system & security system. 4) Knowledge of Engineering Designing Standard such as per WHO, GMP, AHRI, USFDA, ANSI, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, BS & IS.  5) Inter-Departmental Co-ordination. 6) Designing and supporting for a wide range of HVAC solutions like Indoor Climate system design, Heat Recovery, Data centre Design, various types’ equipment room solutions. •Having Well Designing Skills: 1) Knowledge of HVAC Design in all phases of Project from SD/BD-DD-CD-IFC-DRB to As Built.  2) Preparation of Room Data Sheet, Basis of Design for HVAC System. 3) Designing Air Distribution Systems using VAV, Constant air volume (Mixing & Non-mixing) while maintaining the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). 4) Calculation of chilled water pipe diameter according to ISHRAE/ASHRAE codes and designing the layout of chilled water supply and return pipes and selection of various accessories.  6) Selection of Chilled water FCUs and AHUs according to specifications and site conditions.6) Pump head calculation and selection of Chilled / Hot water pumps.  Selection & Calculation of DX Coil, CHW Coil, Steam Coil, Humidifier & Dehumidifier, etc  Preparation of P & ID, Selection of equipments like flow meter, DPT, PT & TT, and Flow switches etc.  7)Preparing HVAC equipment location, single line duct routing layout. Preparation of Airflow diagram. Designing of Electrical Panel for various HVAC Equipment’s. Duct System design using Equal Friction Method following SMACNA standards. Preparation and reviewing of Shop Drawings and Technical Submittal. 8) Preparation of BOQs & Cost Estimation At pre sales stage, equipment schedules and specifications. Preparation & Designing the BMS System for HVAC, Electrical, system. Preparing the Checklists, Bill of Quantities, Purchase Indents for HVAC low side& High Side items. Knowledge of Major Manufacturers in the field and the product brand they possess. 9) Exceptional ability to perform with Consistency in a varied environment and under Pressure.
