AGM @ Wonder Cement LtdKey Deliverables:Project Management Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalisation of technical specifications, material & vendor management, preparing BOM, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning. Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to accurately report progress of the project to the stakeholders and end user clients. Handling activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion etcMaintenance / Troubleshooting Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment's to increase machine up time & equipment reliability  Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment's and maintaining requisite documents for the same. Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment's through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis. Closely monitored all types of Mechanical Break downs Manage the Manpower & resources to achieve maximum output. Effective co-ordination with other Departments like Workshop, Stores, Purchase, Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance to Minimize Breakdown time & Avoid delay. Carrying out equipment checks on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; updating record of equipment s with help of history card.
