CurrentCurrently we are doing campus development / construction of Business school, Administrative block & Faculty housing at Shiv Nadar University at Dadri. Total construction area is approx 20 lac Sft. Also I looking after a school called Vidyagyan in village Surencha, dist. Sitapur (lucknow). It is a boarding school with total covered area of 6 lacs Sqft, spread up in 28 acre of land. Total capacity of school is of1400 students. This is a charitable school with all mordern amenities like smart board, computer room, music room etc. Once children get admited they are lit. adopted by the school till 12th class. As every thing is free for them. Really a great job done by Mr Shiv Nadar. As a DGM I am responcible for reveiw of all the Drawings & getting its approval from Managment, Preparing Budget & its approval, Reveiwing the BOQ & technical specification of the Contract documents, Floating the Tender, Making comparative, Finaly negociation with the venders and Preapring & releasing the work order. Over all responsible for timely construction / delivery of project within budget.
