The program involved transforming the GLOSS on modern technology stack using Microservices, PCF, PostgreSQL, BDD, AWS, Kafka, Splunk, DevOps.

Lead - International and US Securities Settlement Technology which is part of Operations & Technology•Led the deliveries of a simplification of settlement, middle office, and asset servicing landscape of bank. The multi year strategic program includes migrating the International Securities settlement, and prime brokerage settlement to an industry platform GLOSS.•The program required to build an integration layer between the bank systems and vendor strategic platform using micro-services architecture.•The program also includes the building of Global Stock Record of multiple systems to a central system.•Built the India foot print from scratch, starting from hiring to building the capability within the region. The team has navigated through the years to evolve as a global development centre for Sec settlement, in terms of the capability of BA/Dev/QA/3rd line support.•Role involves working closely with the settlement and middle office users, and with global head of the Sec settlement in terms of business prioritization, budgeting, vendor management, and resourcing.

INSIGHT T+0 Intraday is global Credit Risk Monitoring System which provides real time exposure and availability. The system has interface with banks front office trading systems and receives information immediately after trades are executed, allowing the system to calculate the Credit Risk and reflect that in the business area. Worked at various levels like Sr Developer to leading a team in Singapore, and was responsible for development, enhancements, and 3rd line support of system.
