• Working in PMU for implementation of Rajasthan State Wide Area Network (RSWAN) project.• Develop and support state departments in establishing suitable financial management processes in the State departments, in line with overall policy guidelines issued by NeGD.• Analyze various PPP models possible for e-Governance projects with State Departments and support in design of appropriate model.• Prepare reports on the fund utilization and provide inputs to NeGD as well as the state apex committee.• Support the State Apex Committee in decision making process for matters related to financing of e – governance projects.• Appraise the project reports for their financial viability and provide expert advice to ensure financial robustness of the projects.• Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Request for Proposal (RFP) for various State government departments like Anti-Terrorist Squad, Department of Tourism, Department of Medical, Health & Family Welfare, Rajasthan Khadi & Village Industries Board etc.

• Implementation and Monitoring of Gujarat Industrial Policy 2009, “Scheme for Enhancement of Technical Competence and Manpower”, & provide support to State Level Approval Committee.• Project Management, monitoring and overall co-ordination with State Level Anchor Institutes & Training partners to execute Skill Development initiatives under PPP model.• Preparation of EoI document & Advertisement for Empanelment of Training Partners & Experts. • Project appraisal, business modeling, and risk management of Skill Development Projects implemented under Public Private Partnership model at CED.• To plan and schedule the operational activities of Skill Development projects undertaken at CED.• Preparation of MIS Formats and Evaluation Framework for appraisal of Project proposals received by Industries Commissionerate, Gujarat for Skill Development under PPP mode.• E-tender process for purchasing equipments for Skill Up- gradation centres as per the Gujarat State Government procedure.
