•Shift-in-charge •27MVA & 24MVA Sub-merged arc furnace. •Furnace load maintained. •SAF total process controlling. •Carbon electrode slipping.•Under Electrode management looking out the paste level and maintaining electrode length by timely slipping of electrode.•F/c contact clamps & pressing rings temperature monitoring. •Continuous running of raw material charge. •Furnace all equipment and all transformer observation and check.•Visiting each and every floors of Furnace building and Day bunker Building to identify 4-5 Fugais in SAF.•Fume treatment plant monitoring. •Ash handling system monitoring •Charged material out coming properly check •All charging equipment and all conveyor belt check •Taping arrangement on time basis •Send Metal and slag for sampling after inspection etc. •Si-Mn Production & Raw material's consumption booking in SAP.•Daily updating the Production data in SAP•Dispatch of SiMn metal to SMS as per their requirements. •Safety oath & tool box talk conducted every day•Safety observation & safety interaction given daily priority basis.•TPM & ISO Activities.
