Designed and implemented successfully the Business Blueprint of the catalytic product by technically convincing the Clients, eradicating the entry barriers till getting final commercial orders in a span of just 1 year.4. Formulated the whole manufacturing set up and SOP design for commercial production and quality assessment of the product including procurement of suitable equipments/ instruments, RM vendors etc.

Played pivotal role in the area of Heterogeneous Catalysis for PDIL (Projects & Development India Limited, a Govt. of India undertaking company) having diversified exposure from preparation of Technical Offers of Catalyst as per the requirement of clients like RCF, NFL, KRIBHCO, BVFCL, MFL, IndoGulf, Jaypee Fertilizers, KRIBHCO SHYAM, SFC, MRPL, CPCL, HPCL, Nagarjuna Fertilizers, Mangalore Fertilizers, Zuari, GSFC etc. to Planning & Production of Catalyst, from Process Control, Quality Control of Raw Materials, Intermediate & Finished Product of Catalyst to Commissioning of Catalyst in the various large scale Ammonia Plants, from Performance evaluation of the Catalyst throughout the operating life of the catalyst to troubleshooting and other technical services related to industrial catalysts. I have expertise in High Temperature Shift Catalyst, Low Temperature Shift Catalyst, Secondary Reformation Catalyst, Methanation Catalyst & Sulphuric Catalyst. I have experience in the field of R&D as well, as I was Co-Investigator for 05 (five) Nos. R&D Projects sponsored by Department of Fertilizers, Govt. of India. Three out of five are on Utilization of Spent Catalyst for manufacture of Fresh Catalyst and rest on development of new catalyst. I have also filed one patent on utilization of spent HTS Catalyst as Co-Inventor.In addition to the above, I also have rich experience in Laboratory set up, sophisticated laboratory instrument procurement, Bench Scale Testing Unit Setup & its Operation, Scale up Process, Product Formulation & Process Development, Proposal Preparation related to Catalyst Plant Modernization, Process Modifications etc. in the field of heterogeneous catalyst PDIL used to produce.
