With over seven years of experience in the housing finance sector, I am currently the State Head/AVP at DCB Bank, where I lead the mortgage and micro mortgage business across multiple branches. I am responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profitability, as well as managing and motivating a large team of sales professionals. I have successfully launched and executed various sales campaigns and initiatives, resulting in increased customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. I have also established and maintained strong relationships with distributors, developers, and other stakeholders in the market. Prior to joining DCB Bank, I was the Area Sales Manager at Shriram Housing Finance Ltd., where I oversaw the sales and operations of the housing loan portfolio in the assigned region. I have a strong background in corporate sales, distributor management, and marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Rajasthan. I am passionate about providing affordable and accessible housing solutions to the underserved segments of the society, and leveraging my expertise and skills to contribute to the growth and success of DCB Bank.
