Key Performance AreaA. Financial Perspective:• Reducing the cost of system by doing value engineering without comprising on quality or operability.• Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.B. Operations Perspective:• Prepare half yearly project Cash Flow on Advanced MS Excel including master, design, and Estimation/finance & construction schedule.• Prepare Monthly Sales Milestones Execution Activity Tracker on Advanced MS Excel with respect to design, procurement/finance & construction schedule.• Progress Review: Prepare agenda & minutes of Meeting .Circulate MOM to all participants.• Peruse architect drawings,liasioning drawings, and Structural drawings & ensure that it is compliant with statutory requirements. Obtain approvals for all the amendments taking into consideration comments from all concerned.• Track and keep records of all approvals and drawings, create data base & update records for increasing efficiency & speed of work. Coordinate with the design architect, Structural Consultant, MEP dept. for respective projects.• Peruse Structural Design Basis Report & ensure that it is compliant with IS Codes and rules. Obtain approvals for all the amendments taking into consideration comments from all concerned.• Visiting site to coordinate/solve structural issues.C. Customer Perspective:• Ensure that drawings are released on time as per requirement of projects. So that, Budget are prepared on time, VFC are released on time, Contracts are awarded on time.• Discussion with Vendor to know their grievances & arranging meeting with managementD. Learning & Growth:• To update my knowledge regarding Green Building/PT slab/ PEB/Lifts/ Irrigation/ water body/ Solar System/ STP/ RO system/ Solid waste management.• To enhance my decision making and analytical skills.
