Currently working as Quantity Surveyor(Piping) in GSENC for CFP Project Ruwais. Work responsibility daily piping progress , daily Equipment & manpower man days report. Checking & Preparing As built drawings as per site modification etc. Daily tracking of work balance

Responsibilities:• Responsible for checking calculations and measurements.• Responsible for overseeing and assigning design calculations.• Collect materials from HULL shop according to required Piece table.• Supervision on site, this includes the supervision of construction and outfitting & attendance, inspections and tests of structure, machinery, equipment's and systems.• Assist QC department and IRS surveyor..• Providing guidance on Shipbuilding Standard & Shipbuilding Sequence.• Providing Inspections Check Lists for Quality Control Dept.• Modifying guidance on the block and sub-block division.• Providing guidance on new-building survey planning.• Providing Final Inspection Check List for launching of Floating Border Outpost.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ( Spoolgen Engineer) • Generating Profile configuration file (PCF) in Spoolgen software in order to convert it into AutoCAD spool drawings file according to site requirement and transportation measures.• Checking and converting AutoCAD files into pdf files as per client.• Editing & correcting AutoCAD files contents sheet wise.• Calculating weld data (Inch dia) of spool drawings.• Revising Spool drawings as per Joint Cancel Request Form (JCRF).• Revising spool drawing or material changes as per Field change sheet (FCS).• Preparing Index files for generated drawings.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES (Test Package Incharge)• Preparing Piping Test packages as per JGC test packages numbering format.• Marking up limits system number wise as per JGC advice.• Preparing coversheet and punch sheets test package wise.• Revising spool drawings as per latest revision.• Updating Test package Internal log especially Hydro testing & painting details.• Preparing release notice for painting team after hydro test confirmation. • Attending & follow-up Test package meetings related to punch clearance.• Preparing vendor Test packages of boiler, compressor, reactors & pumps etc.• Attending Test package meetings with JGC package team and NSH senior managers.
