Role - QA Engagement Manager• Managing application packaging, certification and deployment requirements (multiple)• Managing the integration and interoperability testing against the Core image and the Business profiles. • Assist other End User Computing teams with managing and testing of all Microsoft security patches, Core image updates, and OS software distribution• SME for all applications and requests in the Business profiles of the above regions. Also responsible to track these applications (history and current state of each application) using the QA repository database tools .• Single Pont of Contact for clients through-out the certification process.• Provide technical support by working with the design teams, vendors, and the application owners to resolve issues found during testing or in production.• Engage contacts inside and outside of organization to help resolve any related issues outside of the Desktop area (Network, Connectivity, Backend servers, Data bases, etc,…).• Work with the Regional desktop teams to coordinate certification and electronic distribution of software applications across various global regions (NA, LA, EMEA and AP) • Technical assistance with Proof of Concept and Technology initiatives. • Test Efforts Estimation, Test Initiation, Test Monitoring, Test Result Analysis and Reporting, UAT Management.• Working with global deployment teams to deploy/publish application packages electronically.• Issue Management and Resolution by engaging various teams.• Best Shore Team Management

·Currently executing the role of a Testing Project Manager for a client account coordinating with QA Managers and Leads providing complete QA services·Is responsible for ensuring Process compliance for the ongoing projects, review of all project deliverables such as Test Plans, Test Guide, Test Reports and assisting project leads in execution of projects·Also involved in Project initiation, planning, resource utilization and people management·Maintaining project related dashboards to track and monitor various metrics such as Schedule Variance, Effort Variance, Test Guide Effectiveness, Tester Productivity, True Defect Index, Efforts spent on different types and phases of testing, Defect Density, Defect Composition and Task related Metrics such as Task Score, Tester’s Score and Commercial metrics such as Efforts vs. Dollars spent, $ spent on tester, $ spent on project management etc·Involved in Test Effort estimation, Effort tracking, Effort monitoring, Effort optimization, Test Approach/Strategies, Budget Monitoring and Control, creation of SOWs·Responsible for Risk Assessment and Response Planning, building Project Roadmaps·Involved in coordinating Localization and Compliance test scope
