Work with pursuit and account teams throughout the sales cycle to provide strategic guidance and creative advice on winning approaches.Create, design, format, and layout innovative and creative visual options, as well as out-of-the-box packaging solutions, for proposals and related materials (both print and digital), in order to improve message clarity, promote readability, engage the target, and differentiate Deloitte in the marketplace, while adhering to Deloitte brand guidelines, corporate values and legal guidelines. Ability to strategically interface and brainstorm with pursuit teams, senior stakeholders and partners regarding the visual display of information.

Manage and deliver graphic design projects for Print, Web, and Multimedia through all phases of development from creative consultation, storyboarding, providing concepts based on internal process-driven structure, meeting deadlines and client expectations for quality and creativity and producing a final product. Produce highly creative graphic design marketing materials, client deliverable like proposals,reports, brochures, multimedia, video, motion graphic animation, and other corporate collateral's that must be error-free and of professional quality, meeting Deloitte's brand standards.
