 Thermal Design & Performance Calculations for AFBC, Stoker and Oil & Gas fired Boilers using in house programs. Selection of suitable material for Pressure Parts and Non-Pressure parts with respect to temperature and Pressure requirements. Preliminary design calculations for Detail Engineering. Assistance for preparing various P&I Diagrams for Boiler & its accessories. Checking Pressure parts strength of pressure parts thickness by IBR calculations. Co-ordination with Design team during Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings and individual pressure part drawing for Boiler and its accessories. Technical evaluation & making comparison chart for supplier offers like Fans, Pump, ESP and safety valve etc., Co-ordination with Customer & Consultant During project execution & commissioning stage of boiler/plant. Designing of APH, WPH and Economizer. All IBR and Non-IBR calculations related to the project. Detail Engineering for Design Drawings. Dealing with all Purchase, Production and Site issues
