Field of Operations & Responsibilities: • Support the customer in the development of any user application programs.• Understanding the exact requirement, as it relates to interfacing with the customer’s system, to the product development teams within Control Techniques.• Design & Commissioning of Various Projects• Programming with PLCs, AC Drives, HMI’s and various duties related to Industrial Automation.• Integration of all Control Subsystems for Real Time Process Environment.• Commissioning, Start Up & Acceptance.• Operations & Maintenance Support• Calibration of instruments like RTDs, Thermocouple, Temperature controllers and sensors.• Reviews orders and inquiries and ensure all customer requirements and specifications are met• Reviews modifications to existing designs and also for new designs in accordance with sound engineering principles, department standards, procedures and practices• Investigates and solves technical problems arising in design, manufacturing, engineering, production or marketing of products assigned• Review product designs to determine whether a standard product or modified standard design is required considering such factors as customer demands, cost effective manufacturing, and established design guidelines, etc• Processing orders and inquiries using established departmental procedures and practices• Performs failure analysis on products assigned• Supports sales team, by making client meetings, writing and presenting technical proposals and justifications to customers• Field engineering assignments for products assigned, involving installation, maintenance and problems• Set up standard designs, practices and procedures for processing order and inquiries• Train Company technicians, customers and others in the product areas assigned. • Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
