Deepak is an accomplished HR professional with over 40 years of experience in line HR, consulting and business management.He has led numerous engagements in the area of HR processes and system design, reward management, assessment centre design and execution. He is the architect of Talentonic’s talentmaturity product.For the last five years, has co-lead the HR assessment of 300 SME organizations in the auto-component space on behalf of the largest OEM manufacturer in India.Prior to joining Talentonic, eight years ago, he was with Hewitt Associates for nearly fifteen years. During this period he was the Business Leader for the Compensation practice, was involved in the acquisition and integration of India Life with Hewitt which he led for about seven years. He also handled Business Development for the merged entity in the APac region.In his early carrier, he was a part of the HR leadership teams at Escorts Ltd and SIEL (Manufacturing), Oberoi Hotels (Hospitality) and NIIT (Technology)
