Prior to my current role as CEO & Founder of Talentonic HR Solutions Private Limited, my career was almost equally divided between HR leadership, change management and strategic leadership roles at Steel Authority of India Ltd (Senior Manager, Strategic Planning), Eicher Group (Executive Vice President HR & Strategic Planning) and Exlservice.com (Global Head HR). Difficult times have always chased me and all three of my assignments have been business turnaround and organization transformation roles. The first turnaround of SAIL with Dr V Krishnamurthy. The acquisition & turnaround of Royal Enfield Motors with Badri Aggarwal and Subodh Bhargava and the saving of Exl Service from near extinction with Vikram Talwar and Rohit Kapoor. In all three I had a key and central role in conceptualizing and managing change and worked seamlessly with the business leadership to achieve a financial and human turnaround. Its been my pleasure to have worked closely with some of the most outstanding leaders and professionals which India has produced. My current role, sets the clock back to zero. !Learning to be an entrepreneur and a consultant for the last 3-4 years. Its been exciting. Some of the old skills and experiences are useful and many new ones are being called upon.
