Verification of contract Documents and Project Specification.*Preparing Interim Bill Based on the monthly Progress.*Review the scope of work based on construction drawings and contract conditions.*Quantity Take off as per site & Escalation cost claiming.*Identify the required potential sub contractors and obtain competitive prices.*Certifying the Payment Certificate for the Sub contractor work done.*Supervision of sub-contractors works as per quality standards.*Letter corresponding and communicate to the sub contractor & suppliers in good manners.*Material and Shop drawing submittal & getting approval from consultant/client.*Follow up for Laboratory Material testing & submitting test report to consultant.*Co ordination with MEP Department as per Construction Requirement*Review; monitor the progress and submitting the reports to the Project Manager.*Prepare the Details quantity of as per the approved drawing and ensure the actual quantity done at site, if it's difference then claim the variation along the running bill accounts with theapproval of Consultant and clients.*Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations aremaintained properly.*Preparation of AutoCAD drawings as per requirement, shop drawings, method statements and various submittals to consultants as per site requirement.

1, Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules. 2, Preparation of Queries for the packages from the clients. 3, Quantity take off for all elements based on pricing preambles and compiling the tender BOQ with description. 4, Preparation of BOQ, contract documents, Estimation and pricing activity. 5, Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers. 6, Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies. 7, Negotiations with suppliers & subcontractors on commercial aspects of product. 8, Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads and profit, and presenting a tender price. 9, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. 10, Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, Labor and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications.
