MIS Reporting based on Client and business requirement and track the KPI metrics of process.  Preparing Interval wise & cwn reports which contains SL%, FD%,Abandoned%, AHT, Login hours,Hourly Productivity, language wise calls offered and answered and Repeat Trend Report which is contains Rep%,Imp% & cont%. And Unique tagging report base on Ud%.  Compiling Daily reports, developing templates for new reports.  Preparing daliys basis revised & penalty reports For Pan India and KPI’s Metrics.  Working on various Adhoc repots on basis of operation , clients and COO requirement.  Engaging with Airtel Process Mangers to discuss daily reports trands, create new reports and update existing ones. Conducting meetings with Airtel clients to address corrections in internal and external reports, discus SOP and validate data.  Verifying and resolving the issues in reports and formulas.collaborating with junior MIS for issue resolution and providing guidance on new templates and formulas.
