Handling Recruitment for all 3 location- Mumbai,Bangalore and DelhiHandling employment relations, and analyse data to report on HR metrics for informed decision-making.Point of contact for employment relations and communicate with ManagementMonitor adherence to internal policies and legal standardsReport to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metricsDevelop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development (PMS)Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions.Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable.Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.Analyze data and report to the board and senior managers using HR Metrics.Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover.

• Bringing New Clients to the Company• Sourcing CVs from Portal Naukri, Monster, Times Job, Shine & Times Job & Campus recruitment• Onboarding formalities including statutory requirements like PF and ESIC registration for new joiners.• Handling Top BFSI clients (EY, CITI, CITI APAC) for Mid-level, Lateral, and Niche hiring.• Weekly Meeting for Target v/s achievement with the team.• SPOC for Big 4• Salary Computation• Employee Engagement and Grievances• Trainer for Various NGO (Save the Children India, Pratham, Magic Bus), Silvertrek education.

• Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through Recruiting agents• Training and developing agents on commission basis.• Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.• Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales Management System.• Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.• Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customer & cross selling them.

• KYC Check of all the US base customers &other due diligence with final Payment• Handled a team of 25 people exclusively for new trainees who joins the Co.• Selected as a Trainer &was sent for Deputation to Gurgaon to train their candidates• Recruiting through Interview Panel for Medical billing with Payer and Providers• Auditing the Claims & to filter out the error claims to get them penalized.• Selected as Trainers to train new employees and to update the floor (OJT).• Got an award for the Best Processor from Oct06 to Dec 2006 & Best OJT in May 2007• Formed a new Team for Escalation where we got an appreciation for clearing all the old claims.
