• Working as Assistant Manager R&D at Savencia Fromage & Dairy India Pvt Ltd Noida from August 2015.Reporting to R&D Head• Recipe development of Pizza cheese sauce, Flavored culinary cheese sauce, Cheese dip, cheese spread, Cream cheese, Cheese Block and Breaded cheese • To work with new flavors and colors and produce innovative products. • Conducting External and Internal shelf life. • To provide the Label information for Label Development.• Check the FSSAI requirement of the Raw Material (Ingredients).• To maintain and expand inventory of Raw Material (Flavors, Starches, Gums, Milk Proteins, Emulsifiers etc) by sourcing from different suppliers.• Management of Development project until transfer to industrial stage.• Contribution to carrying out Feasibility studies on the assigned project.• To propose draft recipes to be closed upon discussions with the R&D Head.• Produce product prototypes in line with product platform. • Conduct technical trials as per trial plan laid by R&D Head• Write and submit reports for trials to the reporting R&D Head• Proposing the process allowing the prototype to move to pre-industrial phase and Finalization of the same with R&D Head• Authorship of Product Book and APN.• Interpretation of trials and sensory results.• Communication within Departments on project proceedings.• Write reports on trials and tasting, Select format and present results as part of project Reporting. • Evaluation of project progress.• Industrialization from pilot scale anticipating and evaluating and implementing corrective Actions. • Handling and reporting industrial trials.• Manage Men power for Department • Assign Job Responsibilities and Objectives for Officer and Assistant.

Online Quality Control of finished goods (CSD and Slice) as per company standards.• Improving product quality and minimizing wastage.• Maintaining plant sanitation and hygiene.• Testing of the:• (a)Finished products (Gas Volume, Brix, TA),• (b)Bottle Washer testing (Caustic concentration, carbonate test, Bright wash, Mex Power, Divo LE, AI, Caustic carry-over, Mould Testing)• (c)Ready Syrup Testing.• Overall responsibility for the conformance to GMP specifications of water treatment section , syrup room, maintaining parameters of decaustisizer as per Company and GEP specifications of ETP.• Direct responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with the Pepsi quality system norms.• Responsible for providing training to workers on hygiene, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), good documentation practices (GDPs), importance of personal protective equipments (PPEs) and for proper operation of different machineries.• Handling of the whole shift and to deploy workers according to their trained place.
