I have 10 Years experience In Service Operations Manager With Tendering below following job responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day activities, including client and customer interactions, team management, customer support, and daily operations. Analyze databases, prepare MIS reports, and generate insights for reporting. Liaise with all government departments. Provide pre-sales support, including payment follow-ups, invoicing, and addressing customer queries during field visits. Oversee multi-vendor management for local maintenance activities and facilitate client and customer meetings. Handle IT support tasks, including system administration, software installation, backup management, ticket queue management, email monitoring, and password changes. Coordinate with Field Engineers for Service Call Management, including call assignments, closures, and scheduling preventive maintenance in line with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Lead and manage the team effectively. Engage in tendering and bidding activities, including the preparation of tender questionnaires and pre-qualification documents. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines, including checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions. Submit tender documents both online and offline, including uploads to GEM, Etender, E-procurement, and other government portals.
