 I started my carrier as R & D Chemist with M/S Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd, Sarigam and worked there for 3 years and 8 months (March 1998 to November 2001). I was joined my second organization as Officer Process Development Lab with M/S Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Aurangabad and worked there for 1 year and 2 month. (December 2001 to January 2003) I was joined my third organization as Officer R & D with M/S Unimark Remedies Ltd, Ahemadabad and worked there for 10 months.( January 2003 to November 2003)  I was working with M/S Lupin Limited for their USFDA; MCA & WHO approved facility at Mandideep (Madhya Pradesh) from December 2003 to March 2019. I have joined Lupin as Officer in the department of Process Development & now days working as Manager - Research & Development (Organic Synthesis). I was looking the activities related to Cephalosporin’s & Cardiovoscular’s drugs substaces and their intermediates.  Presently I am working with M/S Lupin Limited for their USFDA; MCA & WHO approved facility at Tarapur (Maharashtra) from April 2019 to till date. I am leading a team of 10-15 Officers, Executives & Sr. Executives. Responsible for the following areas: Improving the quality of the product. Increasing production capacity. Reducing costs. Technology transfer from lab scale to commercial scale Identifying and developing new processes for the manufacturing of products. Implementing process controls and test methods for assessing reliability and reproducibility. Scaling up a research prototype (devised in a laboratory) to pilot production and then to full–scale manufacture. Procurement of raw materials & vendor qualifications.  Procurement of required qualified and versatile manpower  Coordination with different departments i.e QA, QC, Production, RA, Safety HR and Admin for fulfilling their and our requirements. Preparation, review and approval of different documents i.e. DDR, Development Reports, Use Test reports, vendor validation Reports, BMR, APQR, Protocols, Deviations, Change Controls and Technical Justifications.  Ensuring the safety of personnel’s in the department, with reference to all relevant legislation and safety regulations. Maintenance existing equipments& instruments. Procurement of new equipments & instruments. Installation & qualification of them with coordination with vendors.
