• Job role includes planning and execution for day to day maintenance, preventive maintenance and shut down maintenance.• Take care of statutory requirements of the department such as Annual verification of Lifting tools and tackles, Annual verification of Standard Instruments and Annual verification of weighing scales from Legal Metrology• Review work instruction SOP for various instruments used in plant on yearly basis.• Responsible for Calibration and Maintenance of Weigh feeders, Silo Level Controllers, Weighing scales to reduce downtime as much as possible.• Responsible for TQM activities, RA (risk assessment) and Ensuring that corrective recommendations to be closed on timely basis as per target.• Involved in Preparation of risk register (AIHR) based on SIL assessment based on IEC61511.• Involved in Plant wide Internal audit related to technical documents, methodology, work permission sheet, legal documents.• Involved in maintaining ISO9001/14001/45001 under IMS.• Review and update the Critical spares inventory based on MRO(Maintenance, repair and operation)• Under CAPEX, successfully completed commissioning of Coal based hot oil heater.• Under CAPEX, successfully completed commissioning of 500kW Let Down Steam turbine.• Responsible for seamless operation of various PLCs used in plant such as AB, Siemens, Mitsubishi.• Provide internal training to the department regarding new technologies and projects implemented inside plant.• Implemented automated SAP PM & MM modules for daily, weekly and monthly reports generation to improve maintenance system. • Implemented SAP FIORI system.• Involved in reintroducing KAIZEN activity from 2016. This was implemented for both Technicians and Engineers.• Implemented ePermit system as a part on ongoing IoT 4.0.• Involved in installation and commissioning of Bentley Nevada(BN3500) based condition monitoring(SYSTEM1) on various critical equipment throughout the plant.
