As Senior Technical Manager at Sryas, Canada, I Successfully managed and delivered multiple products of Bell Canada such as CPM (Customer profile Management), SIPCIP (VOIP Provisioning), Self-Serve Centre (SSC), NGSS, BBP FMO and Axia. I was responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in delivering high quality software solutions:October 2023-Present: Working on the Data Privacy Program of CPM. This solution provides consent management of Bell customers that is built using Java 1.8, MongoDB, ELK Stack, Spring Boot, Git, Openshift. I have managed end to end development, delivery and deployment of the DPP solution.February 2022 – September 2023: Lead the development and delivery of the Self Serv Control (L3VPN) solution. This solution was build using Java1.8, Microservices as a backend and Orbeon as a front-end technology.April 2017-February 2022: Lead the design, development and delivery of the SIPCIP (VOIP) provisioning System. The solution was built using PL/SQL, Oracle, Weblogic 12.x, Zookeeper, Groovy Scripts, Velocity templates, maven, Jenkins, Intellij, SVN and Linux OS.

Cisco Evolved Programmable Network Manager: Worked as Technical Lead/Scrum master to deliver Fault and Service Assurance features for Cisco Evolved Programmable Network Manager (EPNM) and Prime Central for HCS product (PC4HCS). Some of the main responsibilities include:• Provided technical leadership to the development team working in Fault and Service Management area.• Developed POC for Service Assurance that provides Service Impact Analysis (SIA) for the fault that has happened in the network. This Framework is built using Java, Spring. JSP and Neo4j graph database.

Developed L3VPN and L2VPN solution pack by using HPSA product of HP provisioning System. Also, developed integration of HPSA with NNM (Network Node Manager) and NA (Network Automation)Also, developed SAF Compliant Management Solution. Key technologies include Java/J2EE, JBOSS, SNMPV1 and V2, SNMP4J-Agent framework, Eclipse IDE, Ant, and Linux OS.
