The Role & Responsibility: Incoming inspection of Heat treated, surface treated and fabricated parts Raw materials validation of metallic and non-metallic parts Supplier process audit for special process Lab Instruments Maintenance Field / Line failure analysis and corrective action Documentation and maintaining Quality records►Erection & Commissioning of H.T furnaces for its new Integrated Forge Steel Div. ► Responsible for process & quality through Secondary Steel making, ingot casting to finished Product. ►Responsible to test by ultrasonic machine, metallographic & other facility. ►Process standard to SMS,Quality evalution of Cast Product & allocation to sutitable customer,Monitoring,improvementof process parameters related to steel making/Casting &their effect on product quality, Devlopment of new products► Manage overall Heat Treatment operations in a cost effective manner. ►A member of RCA (Root cause analysis). Responsible for testing & analysis of all customer complaints and return material.►Various Testing-Hardness testing, Tensile testing, Spectrometric Analysis. ►Metallurgical analysis- Microstructure, Inclusion&Grain size measurement of different types of steel.► Responsible for new forge roll & engineering forge projects.► Understanding the complete requirement of customer & passing on the various productions centre/concerned areas.► Responding the customer complaints and visiting to customers end

► Making different types of Alloy Steel & Plain Carbon Steel (Ladle Furnace 90 ton)► Co-ordination with Caster,PPC, quality to ensure that material should be processed in the time with good quality & should be delivered to the customer as per delivery schedule.► Metallurgical failure analysis of steel strips drawn components finding solutions and taking necessary steps to achieve quality product.► Responsible to control specified process parameters for all manufacturing lines.

An ISO /TS company, engaged in Heat Treatment for TIMKEN, TATA MOTORS; ► Possess knowledge of Operating & handling Sealed Quench Furnace of Unit herm.► Managing the entire plant operations encompassing process, quality control & customer development. ►Carrying out all the heat treatment processes like Tempering, Handling Microscope and Image Analyzer, Rockwell Machines, Brinnel, Micro Vickers, M.S Test. ►Conducting quality audits and coordinating with various departments for ensuring compliance with ISO & other statutory Quality Standards. ►Maintaining records as per T.S requirement. ►Maintaining adherence to quality standard implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and maintaining all relevant documentation
