B.E in Mining Engineering (2014-2018) from Ballarpur institute of technology, Chandrapur, M.S. with 9.16 CGPA.Then Joined as Assistant professor for 6 months in Mining Department in same college.After that got placed in JMS Mining Services Private Limited Company. I worked as Jr. RBE Incharge for the period of first 12 months having responsibilities to look & execute the activities required for the Strata Control and Monitoring Plan (SCAMP) & Triggered Action Response Plan (TARP).During that period I have saved the life of a person from massive roof fall (17*5*3.7m3).Then I Cleared the Gas Testing Exam & First Aid certificate (Medallion) & got 2nd Class mines manager's competency certificate (COAL, UR) in 2020 (Effective from 15-02-2020) & protomed to Shift Manager.Also Cleared the First Class mines manager's competency (FCC) exam, COAL UR in Dec,2021 in my first attempt. & got the 1st Class (Coal,UR) Manager's Certificate in 2022 (Effective from 13-01-2022).Worked as Assistant Manager in JMS Mining Service Pvt. Ltd. Company.Here my key duties n responsibilities was to look for the production activities required for the development of the longwall panels and sump in ADRIYALA LONGWALL PROJECT & SHANTHIKHANI LONGWALL PROJECT MINE by BOLTER MINER, CONTINUOUS MINER & ROAD HEADER MACHINE WITH SHUTTLE CAR & BBC TECHNOLOGY in SCCL's mine.Then joined as Manager Mining in TATA STEEL LIMITED in Sijua Colliery Jharia Division, Dhanbad.Here I was working as Sectional/Panel In Charge & was looking for Thick & Thin seam Mining, B&P Dev. & Dep. with LHD/SDL combination with SKAT & Belt Conveyor. Drilling n Blasting methods, Stowing Operation & also Drift drivage by achieving all safety KPI.I am an Active Rescue Trained Person & Participated in Zonal Mines Rescue Competition 2023 hosted by BCCL at Mines Rescue Station, Dhansar, Dhanbad representing TATA STEEL LIMITED Company.I was also Participated in 52nd All India Mines Rescue Competition 2023 hosted by SCCL at Mines Rescue Station, Ramagundam, Telangana from 11th Dec, 23 to 15th Dec, 23 representing TATA STEEL LIMITED Company.GATE 2023 qualified with ALL INDIA RANK 382. & then Joined Coal India Limited.Currently I am Working as Management Trainee (MT with FMC) in Coal India Limited (CCL) in Hazaribagh Area, CCL in Kotre Basantpur Pachmo Opencast Project ( A Complete Greenfield Project).
