Supporting Asset - Queensland Gas Company (QGC) Australia (Jan 2023 to Present)•Provide comprehensive End-to End Maintenance Engineering and CMMS support for the execution of brownfield projects in both Midstream and Upstream.•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by fostering networks between ORA, Projects, CMMS, Document Control and Field Operations teams.•Offer technical support to asset projects and activities, including creation/review of MBDR (Maintenance Build Data Register) template, MRF (Material Requisition Form) template, WIN (Work Instruction) document and Maintenance Strategy documents.•Prepare Job Plan/PM/Route Load Sheets and meticulously raise/review CR’s (Change Requests) in accordance with project requirements.•Ensure efficient cataloguing of project spares with an intention to achieve optimal Inventory Management. •Efficiently reduce backlog work by effective planning and prioritization of CR’s, while consistently tracking Backlog KPI’s.•Support BAU (Business As Usual) activities for QGC Modifications Engineering Team.

Standard Texts and Share Point locations.•Handling and Configuration of SAP Master Data such as Functional Locations, Equipment and Production Resource Tool (PRT).•Maintenance planning and scheduling configuration of SAP Planning Data such as Task List, Maintenance Item and Maintenance Plan.•SAP Transactional Data management and configuration in SAP via. Work Order calling activity and Z6 Notification.•Ensuring Equipment Safety via. proper maintenance of Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and its assurance against the right Safety Barrier using Performance Standards.•Accountability and Management of SAP bulk data tools such as Z-Transaction Codes Templates and Innowera Process Runner Tool scripts.

• Planning of workmen activity for LPG tanker loading/unloading and other activities as per demand.• Coordination with Plant Manager to provide training to all staff and workers. • Conducting Planned General Inspection (PGI), tier-II e-STL (Safe To Load) inspection of trucks and monthly trainings on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Preparing of safety reports (TRIR, mock drills, near misses and deviations, toolbox meeting, training records).• Preparing prevention plan, job hazard assessment, HSE plans, toolbox meeting and trainings before the start of any work. • Conducting monthly mock drills and attending the deviations noticed promptly.• Identification of Safety Barriers (SB) and Safety Critical Barriers (SCB) and implementation of inspection procedures. • Conducting sensitization/counseling sessions for all drivers to educate and develop safe driving behavior as per Total transport safety guidelines• Implementation of International Small Site Safety Rating System (ISSSRS) standards and updating of related documents.• Implementation of Management And Expectation Standards Towards Robust Operations (MAESTRO) and updating of related documents.• Periodic maintenance of all the firefighting/safety equipment: fire pumps, jockey pumps, sprinkler systems, deluge valve, water pressurized detector line, fire extinguishers and firewater tanks.• Generating work orders for Preventive Maintenance and Technical Integrity inspection of assets using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).• Adhering to Work Permit system, Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO), Positive Isolation and Tools Management.• Escalation of downgraded situations in RAMSES (Safety reporting), implementing inspection procedure for the same, integrating it in CMMS and resolving the issue immediately by coordinating with maintenance department.• Raising request for purchase of spares based on criticality, quality standards and lead time for delivery.

• Ensuring smooth running of LPG bottling operations with minimum labor and timely dispatches.• Planning of workmen activity for Bottling and Gantry operations.• Ensuring safe tanker loading/unloading operations and dispatching product to Packed LPG Distributors, Bulk Consumers and Auto LPG Stations with proper quantity, quality and service levels.• Ensuring 100% execution of indents in Packed LPG on a daily basis.• Ensuring Carousel output rate of 500 cylinders per hour.• Conducting Statistical Quality Checks (SQC) to ensure minimal defective product return.• Replenishment of cylinder and consumables inventory.• Coordinating with the Maintenance Executive to ensure that the down time of bottling machinery is minimized and the problems with regard to the equipment are addressed.• Carrying out Transport Safety Checks to comply with Total’s acceptance and rejection criteria.• Conducting mock drills on a monthly basis.• 100% reporting of incidents/accidents in the prescribed format.• Reporting a minimum of one STOP Audit and two Near Misses per month.• Participating in Safety Committee Meeting and following HSSEQ practices and procedures.
