1 - Provide leadership for our Inbound travellers and be responsible for their well-being.2 - Act as day-to-day guide, interpreter, manager, and Organizer of the group.3 - Perform all necessary trip paperwork, in a timely manner.4 - Maintain communication with management and the office.5 - Make or confirm reservations for accommodation, transportation and activities.6 - Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and traveller satisfaction.7 - Consistent giving knowledge to Inbound travellers about the cities their culture, architecture religion, current affairs, environment etc.8 - Maintain a positive, friendly demeanour at all times.
