Client: Xylem Inc. (Nov-12 to Dec-13)Project Description: This was an end to end implementation project across multiple countries including USA, Canada, UK, and Luxembourg in R12. My responsibilities: I worked as track lead for Payables and Cash Management in the project. The major activities that I worked on these modules included  Documenting ‘Business Requirement Document’ Fit-Gap Analysis Setting up fresh instances multiple times during CRP0, CRP1, SIT, GOLD etc. Documenting configuration sheets.  Documenting test scripts for all relevant process flows.  Complete testing of process flows in different instances and consequently de-bugging of the defects encountered.  Live demo of flows to client from offshore during CRP0, CRP1, SIT and UAT and follow up on queries and new requirements from demo.  Documenting and simulating month end closing processes.  Requirement gathering and documentation of Functional Specifications on AP open invoice and Supplier banks conversion and live demo at multiple times.  Requirement gathering and documentation of Functional Specifications on Cash management extension and live demo.  Two-months post go-live support.Client: Vaisala Inc. (Mar-12 to Oct-12) Project Description: This was a roll-out project executed in phases in R12. Phase 1 included Canada and Australia & phase 2 included Japan, China and UK. My responsibilities: I worked on finance modules like GL, AP, AR, SLA, Cash Management and E-tax. The major activities that I worked upon are:  Documenting configuration sheets.  Testing process flows post configuration. De-bugging the defects as and when reported.
