 Strategic role to plan & develop effective marketing plan for profitable business growth. Business Intelligence – Market Share, Consumer Measures, Gross Margin and other Brand Financials. Store profitability and store P & L reviews. Analyze of marketing plans performance details like customer entry, Number of Bills, Ticket Size, Basket Size and to implement corrective measures to improvise them. Brand Communication - Drive and manage marketing programs (ATL/BTL) to create brand awareness, generate demand and establish brand and product credibility in the marketplace in collaboration with other business groups and segment leaders.  Responsible for planning and execution of Campaigns, PR activity and other surrogate marketing strategies for Verticals. Liaise with Advertising, PR and Market Research agencies Budgeting and P&L - develop, monitor marketing budget; monitor ROI for all marketing programs including advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows, events and alliance programs; build in qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing and communications initiatives  Market intelligence through primary research, secondary information sources to continuously monitor, analyze and update business perspectives on the market, competitors, & customers.  Store Launch: Responsible for new store openings and conducting all relevant Catchment Studies and customer & market research. Develop and drive effective marketing store launch plans.
