•Handling complete End to end recruitment cycle which includes screening, shortlisting, job posting, interviewing candidates, follow-ups.• Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, joining process, documentation of new joiner.• Sourcing candidates through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn or internal reference and database.

• Handling end-to-end Recruitment for Non-IT positions across India• Conducting intake meetings with HR Managers to understand the position requirements• Strategically sourcing and screening quality profiles for open positions using various channels – Job boards, Linked-In, Walk-in Interviews, Employee referrals• Creating pipeline of quality candidates for current open positions and future positions• Excellence in industry & company mapping• Scheduling and coordinating for interviews for the shortlisted profiles till selection• Timely communicating with the candidates, Managers and updating them with real-time status• Candidate Management, Cost Management, Reporting, Maintaining Recruitment data, and MIS for reporting purposes.• Use effective sourcing tools like as Job Portals, Naukri, employee referrals, Social Media and direct mailing & resume databases for generating candidate data• Analyzing the job requirements in the right way to get quality Profiles• Headhunt, Source, screen & shortlist the candidates based on the clients requirements• Screening the profiles, sending them to the client & scheduling the shortlisted candidates for interviews• Constant Follow up with the candidate & client to ensure end to end sourcing Experiences for both parties until offer is made• Responsible for Data Compilation and Data Mining to keep a track of candidates for future reference
