I have been working into HR domain since 2 years which entails my 1.4 years of experience with DoAble IndiaI worked as HR Generalist wherein I was responsible for the end to end recruitment process (Sourcing, screening, taking interviews, selection, documentation, onboarding & taking induction), employee engagement, conflict management, event maangement, payroll, etc. I was also responsible for the company branding, digital promotions, content creation, and hit the target audience for better reach.I worked in Tutoring services for 9 months where I was helping tutors to get their perfect hires. I wasresponsible for end to end recruitment process.I have a good amalgamation of leadership, interpersonaland decision making skills. And have good hands inMicrosoft excel, Microsoft powerpoint and Microsoft word.I have also worked in many schools as PGT Chemistry.So i have knowledge as well as experience in sourcing,screening, onboarding, conducting interview drives.
