Kirloskar Brothers Limited for System Integrator of Solar Powered AC Pumps in the entire region of North Eastern Region. Having the knowledge of Stand Alone, Off-Grid and On-Grid Solar Power System. Having the knowledge of various Subsidy Schemes and AD benefits launched by Govt. and various Nodal Agencies. Having the knowledge for MNRE Empanelment and Grading Procedure. Have gone through and studied all the Roof Top and Net Metering Policies of different states of India. Doing Public Relations with APDCL, AEDA, AERC, MNRE, Banking Sectors and all other solar power related agencies.

 Establishment, Collection, Correction and Compilation of Rain Gauge Data. Establishment of Discharge Gauge Station for collection of discharge gauge data of the rivers. Preparation of Draft Reports for addition in the DPR. Identification and Investigation for the project component areas like quarry sites, dam sites, dumping yards, power house sites, etc. Drawing and Designing of Tentative Project Layout and Road Maps. Supervision of Survey and Geotechnical Investigation Work. Preparation, checking & verification of sub-contractor’s item rate bills. Rate Analysis of work items based on present market rates. Studying, Proposing and Vetting against the reports submitted by Design Consultancy. DPR has been submitted and TEC is awaited from GoM.

 Worked as Project Engineer (Site In-charge) at Pressure Shaft, Surge Shaft, Surface Pressure Tunnel and Billing & Planning Department. To supervise all civil engineering activities relating to field works. Resource planning, monitoring progress and control of man-hour usage. Progress the work as per stipulated time period as per quality norms. Preparation of execution plan and preparation of Bar Bending Schedule. Preparation of client bills, escalation bills, checking & verification of sub-contractor’s item rate bills. Co-ordination with the sub-contractors for action plans and progress of the work. Co-ordination with client NEEPCO Limited. Attending weekly meetings with client for progress evaluation and further planning. Knowledge of Contracts and Writing Contractual Letters and Drafts. Preparing of Daily Progress Report, Cycle Time, Hindrance Reports, ERP Entries. Rate Analysis of deviated work items based on present market rates.
