#Charge PostingChecking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalization, and procedures.★ Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing info.★ Identifying and billing primary secondary and tertiary insurances.★ Updating spreadsheets and generating reports from practice management system.★ Ensure patient information is accurate and complete.★Charge Posting, Patient Demo’s, knowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO/PPO, Medicare/Medicaid and other payer requirements and systems. # Payment Posting ★Completes Documents Check in a timely and accurate manner including.★Posts Payments to practice management system (withing 72 Hours, Credit Card Payments, EFT Deposits & manual Batches)★ Records batch Totals with date and initials on payment receipt spreadsheet.★Balances batches and runs batches reports.★Verifies all batches and scanned batches have been posted by month end.★Properly communicates and documents payment denials in the practice management system and to the appropriate billing representive in a timely manner.★Identifies any payments not being paid at the allowed/contracted amount and communicates this to the appropriate billing representive - AR and or/Team Leader.# Patient StatementCheck patient statement for not happening unnecessary Balance transfer to patient and make sure statement did not go more three time.# Correspondencechecked all denials, Payment, NFWC form, and appealand so on.★
