Responsibilities pertaining to Export cycle: Post shipment documentation coordination with Shipper, Shipping line & CHA  Responsible to recheck the documentation of each and every activities relating to export. Manage the inventories record of BL Stationery. Preparing of Export Documents (COO. legalization document procedures, BL drafts, Shipping instructions filing) Prepare shipment documents as per letter of credit  Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, CHA and shipping line for Air & Sea shipment  Knowledge of Custom Clearance part and shipping bill. To maintain co-ordination between related department & buyers. Sending scan copies of documents to customer after receipt of BL Payment follows with Shipper as per payment terms. Handling Customers’(Internal & external) queries via mail or phone to enable smooth release of consignments at destination
