1) Determining inventory levels and adjusting based o changes in demand, production schedules, or other factors.2) Balancing RMPM availability with production scheduling to avoid shortage or overstock situation.Generating reports and insight to support decision making and continuous improvement.3) Maintain effective inventory management and inventory control systems to ensure material supply is always just in time and based on first in first out principle in· accordance to daily production plans4) controlled to optimize store throughput-SAP System Support5) Generate systematic documentation for all store functions from SAP system (Inbound; In house)· Allocation off stock received into dedicated Storage areas ( Bulk Storage; Pick Zones; Racking Area )· System Registration off new models received ( Pack; Put-Away Strategies / Allocation )6) Generate Replenishment tasks on SAP system and allocate tasks to specific workers in various area· Process Move tasks associated with inventory allocation· Perform Daily Cycle Counts / Conduct Monthly Stock Counting· Report on Inventory Discrepancies, Damages etc· Ensure inventory on hand is updated on inventory system (SAP System )· Insure Returns are received, checked and put-away back into7) Ensuring that the standards are in place and continuously measured on the site in terms of Safety (WISE), Food Safety (AIB), Quality and Stock Management· Ensuring a safe, healthy work environment· Ensuring allergen storage, chemicals and empty containers8)Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality principles as included in the policies, procedures, product specifications and processes. This also includes general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene practices and Identify and report any potential Food Safety & Quality and GMP deviations and hazard.
