With more than 21 years of experience in Software Development, Program/Projects Management, IT Operations, Infra, Communication, Aviation, and Military Operations, I bring a diverse and rich perspective to the world's largest wealth manager.Before joining UBS, I was a Technical Program Manager at the Indian Air Force Automation Cell, where I led the e-Governance program that transformed the digital services and processes for the Air Force. I am passionate about building a solid team culture, empowering and motivating my team members, and creating a seamless experience for the clients. I have earned multiple certifications, including PMP, SAFe POPM, CSM and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, that demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
