Additionally, I have acquired experience in Bid Management and Technical Sales Support, effectively handling bids of various levels of complexity and creating successful proposals. I prioritize a customer-focused approach that enables me to comprehend the needs of clients and develop innovative solutions to achieve tangible results.Prior to this, I had 4.5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance of various field instruments and Automation in a fertilizer plant.In addition to my core skills, I have a strong background in mentoring, and helping team members develop their skills and reach their full potential. I am also well-versed in process automation, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
