● Operation and maintenance activities of 220/33 KV, 132/33 KV, 110/33 KV pooling Substation, including EHV Line & 33 KV HT lines● Executed 110/33 kV, 50MVA power transformer, commissioning Activity. ● Testing of all electrical equipment as per installation and testing guideline, as a Team lead and active team member Maintenance activities of various switchgears in substation like Indoor & outdoor Switch Yard Equipment’s in coordination with MSETCL Team and testing agency● Maintenance activities of all type predictive, preventive and breakdown for ISO and Non-ISO PM asper 52-week calendar with valid work permits and risk assessment.● Knowledge of Substation RTU, SAS, Substation architecture based on overall SLD, Configuration, as per utility guidelines.● Knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting of various breakdown in substation, 33KV line, 220KV line and Underground cable, Also Finding out root cause analysis of equipment’s or relative breakdown.● HV & EHV line Inhouse Thermography Done and attends its rectifications Activities.● Root cause analysis of major breakdown● Maintenance & attend breakdown related to WTG HT USS, PSS Yard ,33KV & 220KV Line. ● Handling issue of line clear for carrying of maintenance and repair works in substations and EH/HT lines.● Performing Quality audit to ensure proper maintenance procedure are followed● Timely entry, Maintain & Update record service reports of Preventive & Breakdown maintenance performed & Preparation of necessary reports for Audit, Testing of Equipment’s, Monthly Performance Report etc.● Store & Material Management, Maintain Sufficient Material Stock At Site Store.● Making a SAP entry for PM, BM & its Material consumption. ● Liaising work with MSETCL & MSEDCEL Team.● Planning the schedule and execution of preventive maintenance activities of various switchgear Equipment’s and transmission lines during LWS.● Carrying out the Annual Health Assurance (AHA) of PSS, USS & HL/LT Equipment’s for assessing exact health of Equipment’s.● Monitor and track project progress and managing a team of electrical supervisors and technicians
