-Investigated, assessed & audited tax reported by approx.120 firms resulting in detection ofevasion of indirect taxes of approx. $90.7 Mn of cases with companies across sectors and geographies-Analyzed evasion of taxes by diverse industries such as illicit Manufacturing Units, Automobile Industries, IT Companies and Shell Companies-Represented DGGI before Courts such as CBI (Economic Offences Wing), Indore, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune and Settlement Commission, Mumbai to argue findings.-Investigated approx.200 shell companies, by involving data analysis, identifying money laundering using bank accounts, related fake KYC documents of bank accounts & resulting in the apprehending of 5 economic offenders.-Drafted more than 80 Show Cause Notices to companies for non-compliance in indirect taxation by analysis of financial transactions and corroborative evidence to litigate for approx. $105 Mn of tax revenue

-Handled 5 Commercial Tender submissions including estimation of cost, manpower, and plant & machinery resulting in award of 4 tenders with a success rate of 80%.-Led day-to-day monitoring & execution of works, managing cash flows, tracking manpower productivity, P&M utilization, and deciding the mobilization of resources to bring cost effectiveness and increase of 43% of profit-Local material inquiries to competitive parties by negotiation, comparative sheets preparation, ordering, and coordination (production, logistics) for delivery to site leading to successful handing over of two projects within tight timelines of client -Construction of RCC Box drain of 550 mts and Construction of Sump Well & Pump House-Client measurement certification and Bill submission as per payment milestones by engaging third-party quality assurance laboratories and government bodies such as NCCBM which led to testing and approval of client material
