With 30 years+ of rich experience in the wireless telecom industry, i have worked with different CSPs & OEMs ( Product / Services) in South East Asia & India. My last full time role was as Service Portfolio Director at Ericsson, where I was responsible for field ops strategy implementation across APAC region. I led and drive Ericsson's global initiatives for field operations, ensuring operational excellence, best practice replication, and service delivery satisfaction. Previous roles include Operations Director - Managed Services for Huawei. My core competencies are Telco network operations in active and passive areas, operations streamlining, synergizing & building efficiency. I have experience across various domains (Network planning & optimization, Rollout, Operations, GNOC , Managed Services etc.) and geographies ( APAC, India, Mid East). I have also led teams for special projects, involving organization setup, process setup, governance model, and P&L management.
