Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by regularly checking in, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with staffing services.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on staffing needs.Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements, including skillsets, certifications, and cultural fit.Negotiate contract terms, rates, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any concerns.My daily duties include;Candidate Placement: Coordinate the placement of healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, etc.) in client facilities, ensuring alignment with client needs and candidate qualifications.Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs, ensuring timely placements.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to staffing placements, such as attendance, performance concerns, or contract discrepancies.Compliance Management: Ensure that all placed candidates meet the necessary licensing, certification, and background check requirements as per client and regulatory standards.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on client interactions, placements, and performance metrics to track progress and inform strategy.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement and new business development.Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, HR, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient staffing process from candidate sourcing to placement.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to grow client accounts and maximize revenue opportunities
