Roles & Responsibilities – - Understanding the clients' requirements in respect to the candidates' profile, job Description, salary payable and date of recruitment in order to provide Quality Manpower services.- Effective way of sourcing profiles from various methods such as Referral, Job portals (Advertisements, job posting, Bulk mailing)/Internal Database/Job posting through groups/Training Institutes/Headhunting /Existing databank/Social Networking.- Conducting preliminary interviews to the candidates before sending them to the clients place for interview, which includes gauging communication skills, technical skills and work experience - Negotiating with candidate on position, job responsibility and compensation package.- Proactively working towards getting candidates inboard within the specified time .- Regular follow-ups with the client to confirm the staffing plans and ensure whether the candidates needs are met. - Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the interviews of short listed candidate- Coordinating with the candidates for the interviews at client’s places conducted by the client.
