Evaluation of requirements & Ensure OTD of RFQs to identified approved suppliers as per Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP), Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for closure of open pre-bid techno-commercial deviations.Conduct E-auctions, Negotiations, Analyzing, Evaluation, and Preparation of Bid Abstract Sheet and obtain approval in PMX as per DOA.Issuance of PO and managing post-award activities like arranging Kick-Off Meetings, coordinating with supplier & internal team for submission & approval of GAD / QAP / L-1 schedule/material expediting activities in MTA portal.Manages invoice-related issues and on-time payment processing as per agreed credit terms.The support project team for critical operational issues e.g., claims, delays, key negotiations with suppliers, issue claim notifications, manages recoveries, and preparation of risk mitigation plan.Support tendering team to deliver against ITO with the regional suppliers and defines inputs for tendering purposes & contractual plan (e.g., General Terms & Conditions, Price Lists, Frame agreement) and ensure their implementation for Targeted Suppliers.Develops, manages, and Maintains the validated Target Supplier Panels including the Product qualification / Financial health ratings / EHS aspects.

Procurement of Capex and Opex-related services and materials such as site services, overhauling manpower, surveillance system items & software, Pumps and their internals, Railway signaling equipment & OHE cables, Locomotive hiring, Coal Handling equipment, and Ash Handling equipment.Budgeting and ABC analysis based on cost, quality, timely delivery, previous execution history & experience in similar types of projects, etc.Analyzing, evaluating, and preparation of Techno-Commercial reports and Approval notes as per DOP.Drafting and issuance of LOAs / PO /SO / Contract agreement & Contractual letters after getting duly vetted by competent authorities.Coordination between internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to Engineering, Project, and Site teams.Preparation of weekly MIS related to material dispatch status, vendor's payment, and audit replies.
