With over 18 years of experience in the aluminium industry, I am a seasoned and accomplished leader in potroom operation, project management, and commissioning and start-up. Currently, I am the Project Reduction Lead at Hindalco Industries Limited, one of the largest aluminium producers in the world, where I oversee the Project & Commissioning of Smelter Expansion Project .In my previous roles, I have successfully executed Mahan Aluminium greenfield projects, increased operational efficiency, developed product quality, and ramped up output. I have also received multiple awards for outstanding achievement, mentoring, and revival of potline. I am passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in the aluminium sector. I am also pursuing an Executive MBA from IIM Sambalpur to enhance my leadership and strategic skills. My core competencies include Pot operation, relining and cathode sealing of pots, pot replacement and repair, supply chain management, process control and optimization, lining and pot change over, and hot metal transfer,operation ,Project Management ,Budgeting ,Cost Control ,Safety etc . I am also proficient in Oracle, ERM, CCNA, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
