Managing multiple cloud build+subscription projects

- Management and technical ownerships in a large CPG account - ownerships included staffing, billing, estimation reporting, technical delivery, space management, audit compliance, revenue recognition- Location anchor for setting up a new location at Bangalore; started with 4, and scaled to ~100

Handling management and technical ownership roles in multiple SAP projects in the Retail domain. Highlights:- Setting up, running and stabilizing 24x7 delivery from a team of over half a dozen members- Shared service delivery from a non-technical team (Language Translation services from core team, servicing diverse accounts)- Anchoring SAP-technical delivery from members with various skillsets (ABAP, BW, Basis, PI, FI/CO)- Coordinating space-management, network, and various such "miscellaneous" tasks

Anchoring delivery from ABAP teams in the areas of SAP-ILM (primarily archival), SAP-HR (mainly the timesheet module) and transport-management.Additionally, was one of two members who designed and set up the Knowledge Management portal for our 150-strong team (won an individual excellence award for this).
